Division/Partition Surveys

Involves dividing a larger parcel of land into two or more smaller parcels of land.  Depending on the jurisdictions the property falls under, this may require a formal Subdivisions process, or simply a  typical written Metes & Bounds Description with a graphical accompaniment towards legal acknowledgement of the subdividing.

Subdivisions:

Involves the preparation of an official document per relevant jurisdictional requirements (i.e. City, County, State, etc.) towards the purposes of publicly and legally formalizing the subdivision of a parcel of land into two or more tracts for future regulated development.
